  With your permission, your voice will be analyzed by our system to create a voiceprint, which will match only you as a caller. Then whenever you call CitiPhone Banking, the Voice Biometrics Authentication system will automatically confirm your identity.

How it works

• 

  STEP 1

  You will be given the option to register for Voice Biometrics Authentication when you call our CitiPhone Banking and speak with a CitiPhone officer.

• 

  STEP 2

  Upon your agreement, a recording will be made of your voice while you speak with our CitiPhone officer.

• 

  STEP 3

  The authentication system will analyze your recording and determine features unique to you, and create your voiceprint.

• 

  STEP 4

  Your voiceprint will be securely stored in the system.

  STEP 5

  Thereafter, whenever you call our CitiPhone Banking, the Voice Biometrics Authentication system will use the voiceprint to match your identity* at the start of any call, so you can directly proceed to our banking services.
