| New arrangement for Telegraphic Transfers and Local Transfers |

We would like to inform you that starting from February 1, 2025 ("Effective Date"), if you wish to submit an instruction of telegraphic transfer or local fund transfer by mail, email or visiting a branch, please fill in the "Application for Fund Transfer Form" provided by us. To avoid incomplete payment information or mis-transfer of funds, we will no longer accept fund transfer instructions submitted via the aforementioned channels without using the required form (for example, simply write payment details on a paper or in an email) from the Effective Date. Those transactions will not be processed without further notice. The form is available at our website. please visit Form Center > Banking Services > Application for Fund Transfer Form.
