Report to us immediately at (+852) 2860 0325 (Credit Card Service) | (+852) 2860 0330 (Banking Service), and the police if needed, if you suspect that your statement, and/or account details, including login credentials/passwords, have been stolen or compromised.
Change your User ID, Password and ATM PIN immediately.
