Paying is easy and secure
- Unlock
Simply unlock your device. You don’t even need to open the app. - Tap and Pay
Tap your device on the contactless payment terminal to pay. - Done
Hear a beep or feel a vibration to know your payment is done. A confirmation notification will also be sent to you.
Payments with Google Pay
- Open your Google Pay app on your phone.
- When you are prompted to add a Credit Card, take a picture of the Citi Credit Card you want to add or enter your Card information manually.
- Once it is verified, your Citi Credit Card is ready to use with Google Pay. You can tap your Citi Credit Card and drag it to the top of the screen to set it as the default card.
