Citi Live Chat is an exclusive platform for Citigold® Private Client and Citigold® client.
We encourage you to make an appointment with your dedicated Relationship Manager to connect on Citi Live Chat. Our business hour is Mon-Fri: 9:30am-6:00pm; Saturday: 9:30am-12:00noon. You may also sign on to leave messages to your Relationship Manager in Citibank Online and Citi Mobile® App or connect to our Citi Officer in Citi Mobile® App.
With Citi Live Chat, your dedicated Relationship Manager could visualize your wealth analysis using Citigold® Private Client Portfolio 360º or Citigold® Total Wealth Advisor to provide you with financial advices. Our Citi Officer could also answer your general banking enquiries.

You may also schedule a Citi Live Chat session with your Relationship Manager in advanced.
