The Citi Mobile® App only requests and leverages data that is solely needed to access your Citibank Online login via the app.
Any iPhone features used by the app (Face ID®, Touch ID®, Push Notifications, Enhanced Security) are secured against your Citibank online login based on your permission & authentication.
How Citi Mobile® App features can be discontinued:
All the Citi Mobile® App feature enrollments can only be enabled on a single device at any given time for your security.
These settings are automatically transferred to the new device, when you install & authenticate yourself on Citi Mobile® App on new device. To discontinue usage of the app, you can uninstall the app and continue accessing Citibank Online via our website.
