1. The period of the Free Travel Insurance is valid for travel journey between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2. To be eligible for free travel insurance, (a) either one or more of the following has/have been purchased or settled by the principal cardholder with his/her Citi Prestige Card: (1) the inward and outward-bound travel ticket(s) to/from Hong Kong for the insured journey; and/or (2) the accommodation cost for the entire insured journey; and/or (3) the whole tour package for the insured journey; (b) in the event that condition (a) above is not satisfied but instead one or more of the items stated in (1), (2) and (3) above has been acquired with points earned by a rewards program, any additional costs (including tax and fuel surcharge and any fees which is required to be paid according to any local requirement (if applicable)) must be paid by the principal cardholder with his/her Citi Prestige Card; (c) in the event that condition (a) above is not satisfied but instead part of the fees for one or more of the items stated in (1), (2) and (3) above is settled by discount or coupon offered by third party, such discount amount must be stated on the receipt and any remaining fees and additional fees (if any) must be paid by the principal cardholder with his/her Citi Prestige Card. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

1. The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the “Club”) Citi VIP Box service ("Offer") is valid on designated race days from September 8, 2024 to July 16, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to the Principal Cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders") of Citi Prestige Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank"). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3. Cardholders are required to make reservations through booking hotline: (852) 2860 0318 between 11 and 31 days prior to the race day (subjected to requirement of each race day) and settle the payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the Offer. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4. Each table can accommodate 4 guests in Citi VIP Box and each guest need to pay HK$1,080. Eligible Cardholders can only make reservations for either 4 seats or 8 seats on each race day, with a maximum of 2 free admissions. For example, if Eligible Cardholders would like to make a reservation for 5 guests, they are required to reserve for 8 seats with 2 free admissions, in total HK$1,080X6 guests=HK$6,480 would need to be paid. 5. Upon successful reservation, a confirmation letter and admission badges will be dispatched by courier to the Cardholders' specified mailing address within 3 days prior to the race day. 10. Cardholders using the Citi VIP Boxes are required to comply with all the rules and regulations of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, in particular, the General Bye-laws, Members’ Facilities Bye-laws, Race Day Bye-laws and Badge Bye-laws, as well as any instructions of the Club’s staff. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or evict any person who fails to comply with the Club’s rules and/or regulations. 11. The Club may cancel or abort any race meeting on the occurrence of any event beyond the control of the Club or in respect of which the Club considers it unsafe or unsuitable for the races to be conducted or continued, which includes but not limited to act of God (including typhoon, heavy rain and other extreme weather conditions etc.), fire, war (declared or undeclared), acts of terrorism, riot, civil commotion or disorder, unlawful actions of third parties, industrial disputes including strikes, lockouts or other labour disturbances, closure or blockage of roads, suspension of or major disruption to public transport, act of government including imposition of any law or regulation, curfew or declaration of state of emergency.
