Citi Credit Card Rewards Promotion "Redeem Asia Miles with Citi Points and earn up to 15% bonus miles" Terms & Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion Period is from July 20, 2023 to September 30, 2023, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period consists of 3 phases:
• Phase 1: July 20 to July 31, 2023
• Phase 2: August 1 to August 31, 2023
• Phase 3: September 1 to September 30, 2023

A “Phase” is defined as either Phase 1, Phase 2, or Phase 3.

2. Unless otherwise specified, the "Redeem Asia Miles with Citi Points and earn up to 15% bonus miles " ("Promotion") applies to the selected principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi Rewards Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Credit Card") who are the recipients of the promotional SMS/eDM/Push Notification (“PN”).
3. Cardholders are required to fulfill all the following conditions during Promotion Period to be eligible for this Promotion ("Eligible Cardholders"):

a) Cardholders are required to successfully register through “Get More” in Citi Mobile® App (“Registration”) (“Registered Cardholders”). Each Cardholder is required to register once only. Registration with a supplementary card is not accepted. Upon successful Registration, SMS notification will be sent to Cardholder according to Citibank’s record; and

b) Cardholders redeem designated Asia Miles with Citi Points (“Points Redemption”) via Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online are entitled to enjoy up to 15% bonus Asia Miles (“Reward”) with the minimum redemption requirements & maximum caps as below:

c) Registration of the Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis. Only the first 8,000 successfully registered Eligible Cardholders are eligible for this Promotion.

4. If the Registration and Points Redemption are qualified for the Reward after verification by Citibank, the Reward will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder's valid Cathay membership account as provided during the Points Redemption on or before November 30, 2023.
5. Reward received from this Promotion cannot be returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other offers and are not replaceable in the event of any loss or damage.
6. Reward is subject to the availability of products and at absolute discretion of Citibank and the designated merchants/suppliers. Citibank reserves the right to grant an alternative offer in case of shortage.
7. In the event of an invalid Cathay membership account, unmatched Cathay member name being provided or any failure in the crediting of extra Asia Miles to the Registered Cardholder's Cathay membership account for any reason, Asia Miles and Citibank accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
8. Cardholders must maintain valid Eligible Credit Card accounts with good credit record on or before the time of fulfilment period to be eligible for the Reward; otherwise, Citibank reserves the absolute right to forfeit the Reward without prior notice.
9. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation regarding the conditions listed under Clause 3, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Reward(s) directly from the Eligible Credit Card account without prior notice.

12. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services of any Reward. The respective merchants/suppliers are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
13. This Promotion is not applicable to (a) U.S. Persons or (b) The European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) residents.
14. Citibank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw or terminate this Promotion at its discretion without prior notice and Citibank accepts no liability for such amendment, withdrawal or termination. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.
15. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
16. No person other than the Cardholder and Citibank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
