  • Copy your application number in your email.
  • Input the below URL in web browser.
    citibank.hk/checkapp1
  • Paste your application number, tick the agree and accept checkbox and click “Submit Documents”.
  • Tap “Proceed”.
  • Input the 6-digit OTP and tap “Continue”.
  • Select document type and upload corresponding document proofs, tap “Continue”.
  • Application is submitted successfully! Please wait for our application approval.
