(i)	HK$200 Octopus Cash will be rebated automatically to Principal Cardholder's Credit Card account in the immediately following monthly statement upon the first Automatic Add Value Service transaction ("AAVS").
(ii)	To enjoy the online exclusive offer of HK$50 Octopus Cash, Principal Cardholder is required to make purchase or transaction of any amounts with the Octopus Citibank Credit Card and such purchase or transaction must be posted within the first 3 months after card issuance. The Octopus Cash will be credited to the Principal Cardholder's account within 3 months after the purchase or transaction is posted.
(iii)	Except the welcome offer of HK$200 Octopus Cash, the exclusive online offer of HK$50 Octopus Cash cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotional offer(s)/incentive(s), including (but not limited to) the HK$50 incentive of pre-registration program.
(iv)	HK$200 Octopus Cash welcome offer is not applicable to any applicant who currently holds and/or has held within the past 12 months any Octopus Citibank Credit Card as Principal Cardholder.
(v)	The online exclusive offer of HK$50 Octopus Cash is not applicable if applicants currently hold and/or in the past 12 months have successfully applied for or cancelled any Principal Citibank Credit Card, Citibank Cobrand Card, Citibank Private Label Card and/or Diners Club Card.

(i)	The promotion period consists of 3 spending periods (each a "Spending Period"): The first month from the date of card activation (Period 1); the second month from the date of card activation (Period 2), and the third month from the date of card activation (Period 3).
(ii)	Cardholders who meet the Spending Requirement (including local and overseas transactions) in each Spending Period with the Octopus Citibank Credit Card will be eligible for the Spending Rewards. (Spending upon HK$2,000 / HK$5,000 / HK$10,000 will be eligible for 2X / 3X / 4X Octopus Cash Rebate, which means HK$2 / HK$3 / HK$4 Octopus Cash will be given for every transaction of HK$200(Including the basic Octopus Cash Rebate).)
(iii)	Eligible transactions include all posted local and/or overseas retail purchase with physical sales slips only. Transactions not eligible for Extra Spending Rewards include (but not limited to), Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, cash advance, traveler's checks, balance transfers, cash from "Dial-a-Check" program, tax payment, bank fees & charges (annual fee, finance charges, late charges, cash advance fees and other fees and charges), mail/fax/phone/online orders, installment payment recurring transactions, insurance transactions, casino transactions, transactions without sales slips, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, transactions not posted during the Promotion Period, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions.
(iv)	The maximum amount of Extra Spending Rewards for each Octopus Citibank Credit Card account is HK$250 Octopus Cash Rebate during each Spending Period; and the maximum amount of Extra Spending Rewards for each Octopus Citibank Credit Card account is HK$750 Octopus Cash Rebate during the entire Promotion Period.

Calculation method for Monthly Fee per day as low as HK$1.61 (using 0.49% as preferential Monthly Rate, HK$10,000 as loan amount and 12 months as repayment period):
HK$10,000 (loan amount) x 0.49% (preferential Monthly Rate) x 12 (repayment period) / 365 days (12 months repayment period) = HK$1.61(Monthly Fee per day). This is an example for illustration only.
