- Balance enquiry
- One Telephone PIN to manage both banking and credit card accounts.
- No registration is required. You can simply use your Citibank ATM Card or Credit Card number and Telephone PIN1 to access your account.

First time users are required to set up their Telephone PIN through the automated voice response service and can change the PIN anytime afterwards by contacting our CitiPhone Officers or through the automated voice response service.
